Up to the event, you will be talking to only one member of our team, who will be your point of contact for all requirements - technical equipment, food, beverages, service schedules, accommodation requirements and entertainment. We have the experts for all your needs, whether you are looking for an in-house event or outside catering. Briefly before the event, our Event Managers will be in touch with you to finalise the last details in order to ensure smooth operations during your stay at the InterContinental Warszawa. This Event Manager will be at your side to assist throughout your event, to ensure that it will be a great success!
